I am a 26-year old, Finnish born lady. I love quirky, off-beat, obscure and ground-breaking indie films and classic cinema. I adore traveling and visiting new - and 'old' - countries. Vintage fashion is my passion.
I first encountered Amber Heard in
North Country. I was immediately taken by the screenpresence and heartbreaking performance of the girl who played young Josey - despite her very young age. It was a couple of years after that I encountered her again with
Hidden Palms. I really liked the pilot of the show - and fell in love with Amber the minute she stepped on screen in that white gown and ran through the golf course in the middle of the night. Ever since I have been following Amber and her career. Opening this site has given me the opportunity to learn more about the woman herself and I've been positively delighted to discover that she's a strong and opinionated girl who does not let anyone walk over her. I think she's a positive role model for young girls and a very promising actress with magnetic screenpresence. She definitely has the "it" quality to her. And I can't wait to see what the future will bring to Amber!

I reside in North Carolina where I work from home as a freelance web designer. I'm in between figuring out what I want to do for a career or study someday so my days are pretty chill. I adore cinema in all forms, particularly the horror genre. I am excited about traveling and hope to visit many interesting places on day!
I first discovered Amber in
North Country. While I did not know who the fresh face who graced the screen was, I instantly took a liking to her and thought she delivered a wonderful tragic performance with what some would consider a 'small' role. A few years later I started following the film
Mandy Lane and it's on again - off again happenings. When the trailer was released I went absolutely mad and decided to give
Hidden Palms a try - no, the show wasn't groundbreaking - but that first appearance by Amber hooked me right on in - and you could say it was love at first sight! After starting the site and using the chance to learn so much more about Amber, it's been a wonderfully pleasant experience learning about the lady. She's fabulously funny, opinionated and talented. She seems extremely intelligent and is definitely a breath of fresh air when it comes to the typical blonde starlets prancing through Hollywood. Although she may be a new 'it' girl right now, I already consider her one of my top favorite actresses and I think she's here to stay!
