I have updated the gallery with screencaptures from the Pineapple Express DVD features. There is not really anything major featuring Amber Heard but she does appear quickly in several features. For those who have been asking, I will also add video clips from the film tomorrow – sorry for the long wait!

I have added screencaptures of Amber Heard’s performance as the hilariously neurotic Angie Anderson in the extended cut of Pineapple Express. This is, no doubt, Amber’s funniest performance to date! Mycah will be bringing you caps from the special features as well as movie clips so stay tuned for those in the near future.

Pineapple Express is was released on DVD Region 1 this past Tuesday on multiple formats. Amber Heard plays Angie Anderson and the film co-stars Seth Rogen, James Franco and Danny R. McBride. Captures and clips are coming up as soon as I get the DVD!

James Franco, Amber’s co-star in Pineapple Express has snagged himself a Golden Globe nomination for the film! I bet you never thought you’d hear that! But it’s fabulous news to anyone who has seen his hilarious performance.

According to Amazon.com, Pineapple Express will be released on R1 DVD on January 6, 2009. Apparently there will be three different editions available: Rated Single-Disc Edition, Single-Disc Unrated Edition and Two-Disc Unrated Edition + Digital Copy ($30.99). The Unrated Edition is a couple of minutes longer than the Rated Edition, totaling 117 minutes. No word on the extras yet but the Two-Disc Edition will hopefully be packed with plenty.

I added many of my ‘pending’ Amber pictures for today. Some of this stuff we have seen before in magazine scans, but still there are some actual new things in this update. Like Pineapple Express stills and more pics from Lavo Opening. Some of the things we’ve seen before but worthy of noting as they have been what I call “ultra cleaned” (removed article texts, etc) are the first Informers still (found in a scan) and Amber’s Dazed & Confused and Foam photoshoots.
