Get Some, which now goes by the name of Never Back Down, has release dates for set for 2008: March 14 (US) and April 25 (UK). A trailer has also been released. Be sure to check it out at IGN! I will be added pics and trailer captures of Amber’s role tomorrow.
We now know that Amber will play Christie in The Informers. The movie is still being filmed as we speak. Below the cut you can find some information regarding her character in the book, courtesy of Wikipedia. Please just keep in mind that it may contain some spoilers regarding the film.
Chapter 9 - Another Gray Area
This chapter is narrated by Graham who is a recurring character throughout the novel. It begins with Graham, his girlfriend Christie, Randy and Martin getting stoned in his home. Graham is convinced that Christie and Martin are sleeping together but has no proof and does not seem to care that much.

We’re still not getting to much action these days in Amber land, but I have updated the gallery with a very small handful of newish (rare?) images from Amber’s movie and tv roles. Click here to view them. Thanks to Brianne and Jenna for their contributions!

Also, Adoring Amber has received it’s first award! We’re the featured website at Just Leighton. Huge thanks to Anna for the recognition. Here is what she had to say about Amber-Heard.net:

What a tease. Just when we thought we were going to get her in March, Shock has learned Jonathan Levine’s All the Boys Love Mandy Lane is moving to a May release date (specifics are unknown).
Tonally speaking, the film has a breezy summertime vibe before it descends into bloody hell, so opening on the cusp of the summer season feels right. Going up against some of the blockbusters opening that month? Not so sure about that.

Yes, All the Boys Love Mandy Lane finally has a release date - March 2008! I am so ready to see this film! March really cannot come soon enough. ;)
Imagine our dismay when we learned earlier this year that Jonathan Levine’s All the Boys Love Mandy Lane was bumped until next year. We felt like we got dumped. Shot down. Slapped with a, “I love you, but let’s just be friends.” All the while knowing that she’d come around again, it was just a matter of when.
March.
Mark your calendar. We don’t have a specific date, but ShockTillYouDrop.com has learned that Senator Distribution will release the film in March of ‘08, perhaps to acquaint audiences with leading lady Amber Heard who will be seen next summer in Pineapple Express with Seth Rogan.
Right now the month is a dry one for horror leaving Mandy Lane to stretch her legs a bit and garner some deserved recognition. When more specifics arrive, we’ll keep you in the loop.
