I have added 4 clips of Amber in the film Remember the Daze. One of our favorite films of hers, if you like these scenes I strongly urge you to check this film out!

I have been away for a while so before I continue with this update, I wanna thank Riikka for all her great work keeping the site running while I was away. I also wanna say “hi” to the new Amber fans I see have been visiting the site!

Now tomorrow I’ll bring you HQ original Maxim scans but late tonight I have another great update. Screencaps from Remember the Daze, one of our favorite Amber movies to date. The movie is a gem and Amber looks stunning in it! I re-capped the Making Of feature as well as the DVD trailer & menu screens. Enjoy!

I bring more DVD release news today. Remember the Daze will be coming out on June 3, 2008 and will retail for about $25. There is no word the features, if there will even be any but we will keep you posted! You can already pre-order on Amazon.

Secondly, there are some new videos on the film’s official site and I have capped them. They are a making of featurette and a new video from the recent premiere. Also some new stills were added a little while ago and we never got around to updating about them.

I got a chance to see the film this week and I have to say I really enjoyed it. I know not everyone will ‘get it’, but the simplicity of it is there is nothing to get, it’s merely a character driven film which follows a group of teenagers on their last day of school, so you can judge if this film is for you based on that alone. This film has an amazing cast of some very promising young actors and actresses, and the characters are great and there really aren’t typecast/cliched ones making them all the more realistic and relatable. Amber is beyond fantastic here and I’d already say that out of all of the films of her’s I’ve seen, this if my favorite to date!

Did anyone have a chance to see Amber Heard in Remember the Daze yet? As earlier reported, it is currently playing in the US on limited release. I’d love to hear any comments from fans as it’ll likely take a good while before it comes to the UK. Judging by the trailer and stills, the film looks very unique and interesting and I cannot wait to see it myself!

In other news, Sony Screen Gems has slated The Stepfather for release on October 16, 2009.

Miss Heard attended the Remember the Daze premiere yesterday in Hollywood. She was dressed in a black ensemble and spiced it up with some wild eye make-up – she looked almost like a vampire goddess! :P I love how Amber manages to always look different on the red carpet, take risks and stand out from the rest.

In case you have not noticed, The Beautiful Ordinary has been renamed Remember the Daze and it will be released in select US cinemas on April 11. Check out the new official site and read some rave reviews. Also check out Remember the Daze on YouTube, MySpace and Facebook.
