I’ve got half the notion to just give up posting anymore Mandy Lane talk given that the film is already on DVD on the UK and I’m sure if you are desperate enough you can manage to see it that way… but, given the movie truly is deserving of a theatrical run stateside and I know so many of you still haven’t seen it, here we go again…

While these dates are FAR from set in stone, here is the tentative line-up for Senator Entertainment. First, the long-delayed and highly anticipated All the Boys Love Mandy Lane could get a theatrical run come July of 2009

FYI the movie was supposed to get a July run once before, … back in 2007!

It’s a never before seen outtake from Amber’s FHM shoot from last year. I don’t think I even need to say how foxy Miss Heard looks. Sony Screen Gems’ remake of The Stepfather has been rated PG-13 for “intense sequences of violence, disturbing images, mature thematic material and brief sensuality.” The film hits theaters October 16th.

A seemingly normal guy wants the perfect family, but when his new wife and stepchild don’t measure up, he makes plans to eliminate them and move on to the next.

As earlier mentioned, Exterminators will premiere at SXSW in March. Here are the official screening times:

The Hollywood Reporter has learned that Aaron Eckhart (The Dark Knight and Oscar nominee Richard Jenkins (Six Feet Under) will be hitting the sauce in Rum Diary, the adaptation of the Hunter S. Thompson novel that stars Johnny Depp.

Eckhart is in negotiations while Jenkins is signed on for the movie, which Bruce Robinson adapted and is directing. Amber Heard also is already on board.

Wow…! This is so exciting! Amber has nabbed yet another leading role, opposite Johnny Depp in Rum Diary, the adaptation of the Hunter S. Thompson novel being directed by Bruce Robinson. The report, courtesy of Reuters/Hollywood Reporter, reports that Heard has also nabbed a cameo in Zombieland, starring Jesse Eisenberg and Woody Harrelson. So this marks the announcement of no less than three new project for Amber within two days!

Amber Heard has nabbed the coveted female lead opposite Johnny Depp in Rum Diary, the adaptation of the Hunter S. Thompson novel being directed by Bruce Robinson.

Heard is a relative newcomer who so far has been cast in supporting roles in more modest movies. Among her more notable roles are the title character of All the Boys Love Mandy Lane and Seth Rogen’s high-school-age girlfriend in Pineapple Express.

Diary, from GK Films, will place Heard at the front and centre of a love triangle in the tale of a washed-up, hard-drinking journalist named Paul Kemp (Depp) in 1950s Puerto Rico. Heard will play Chenault, the free-spirited girlfriend of a fellow journalist who cheats on him with Kemp, trying to convince him to run away with her.
