Exciting news! Amber has joined the cast of a new movie, called Ex-terminators. It sounds like a really hilarious, female-led dark comedy. Totally can’t wait to see this!

Heather Graham, Jennifer Coolidge, Matthew Settle and Amber Heard will topline the indie black dramedy Ex-terminators.

Film marks the feature directing debut of longtime Scrubs helmer and d.p. John Inwood.

Story revolves around three women who meet in an anger-management therapy group and decide to form a traditional business using very untraditional methods. Suzanne Weinert penned the screenplay.

Jay Michaelson, Lawren Sunderland and Weinert are producing the film, which is being financed by UTV Motion Pictures.

Shooting began last week in Austin, Texas.

There is a new (gorgeous!) German poster and trailer for All the Boys Love Mandy Lane. Although it is dubbed you do get to see quite a bit of previously unseen scenes. Obviously these might be a little to spoilery for you liking so I’d advise you skip this update if you do not wish to be spoiled. A bit of an update regarding the ever changing US release: According to trusted Bloody-Disgusting.com, there is still no release date set despite reports. There are rumors of August 2008, but nothing has been confirmed or denied. IMDb does list a few new dates for countries Germany, France and the Netherlands so check those out if you’re in one of those countries.

Yesterday in Los Angeles the 10th Annual Young Hollywood Awards hosted by Hollywood Life magazine were held. Miss Heard was selected as one of the winners and was in attendence! She accepted her award looking absolutely gorgeous in a red, silk dress and gold pumps with saucy red lippy. She wore her hair in classy glam curls and was truly a vixen knockout!
